Why I Created This Course...

Over the past year, I’ve felt a deep and growing call for us to gather — not just to learn techniques, but to create together in a way that nourishes the heart, the spirit, and the creative soul.

In my workshops throughout 2025, I witnessed something powerful: The transformation that happens when we show up, share openly, and allow ourselves to create without fear. When we gather, something bigger than the work itself emerges — connection, resonance, and a sense of belonging to something luminous and alive.

I created The Composition Lab because I believe that the act of creation is sacred. It is a space where the mind softens, intuition rises, and the heart speaks through color, shape, movement, and play. With just a simple framework — a prompt, a suggestion, a doorway — you can quiet the noise of the world and gently express something true.

And while I offer guidance, structure, and clear starting points, I always invite you to veer onto your own path. Your way is the right way. Your voice is the one we want to hear.

This course exists so you can explore freely, discover deeply, and be supported exactly where you are in your creative journey. Through the seasons of the year, through the shifts in our lives, and through the evolving pieces we create, this space is here to hold you, inspire you, and walk beside you.

Most of all, I created this course because we need each other — a community of makers, dreamers, and explorers who believe in the power of art, connection, and creative joy.

A Year-Long Creative Journey in Shape, Color, and Connection...

Join me for a spacious, inspiring 12-month experience where we explore multiple design prompts each month, experiment with fabric in fresh, intuitive ways, and grow together inside a supportive, heart-centered creative community.

Every month, you’ll receive more than one prompt, offering you options and inspiration. You might explore one deeply… or try them all. There is no “right” way. There is only your way — the one that supports your curiosity, your voice, and your personal evolution.

This workshop is a year-long invitation to create, connect, and stretch into new possibilities with shape, color, and composition as your companions.

The first prompt will be available inside of the course content on January 1, 2026.

What This Workshop Is All About...

This experience is designed to offer you a gentle, consistent creative rhythm — one that supports where you are and encourages you to grow without pressure.

Each month you’ll receive:

✨ Multiple creative prompts

Based on shapes, combinations of shapes, design ideas, feelings, or other accessible starting points.

✨ A detailed video demonstration

I’ll share several ways to explore each prompt and offer guidance on how you can interpret it in your own way. You’ll also see what I’m creating each month — I’ll be working with a limited palette to build a cohesive, evolving composition throughout the year.

✨ Monthly live lessons (recorded + permanent)

Our live lessons are where the magic happens.
This is where:

  • We gather to explore everything created
  • We learn from one another’s interpretations
  • We discuss variations, surprises, and breakthroughs
  • We celebrate all the different ways a single prompt can unfold


And yes — I comment on everything shared inside the private community. 

These live lessons will be recorded and become a permanent part of the course, so you can return to them as often as you wish.
